Setup Fee
By enrolling in an Estate Revolve plan, the Agent/Broker agrees to a non-refundable membership fee as follows:
$999for the Individual

$2,799 for the Team Plan

$4,999 for the Brokerage Plan

These fees are required to activate your membership and are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
Term and Termination
This Referral Service Agreement becomes effective on the Effective Date and will remain active for one (1) year, automatically renewing annually unless terminated by either party.
Either Estate Revolve or the Agent/Broker may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing 30 days’ written or emailed notice.

Estate Revolve reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its discretion without prior notice or liability, based on internal assessments.

Disputes
In the event of a dispute, this agreement is subject to automatic cancellation, ensuring a smooth and professional conclusion of services and allowing both parties to pursue alternative opportunities as needed.

Effect of Termination
Termination of the agreement does not affect:

Discounts

Credits

…already earned or owed for leads referred prior to the termination date.

Automatic Renewal
Your plan will automatically renew annually at a $299 Membership Fee, billed to the payment method on file on or around your anniversary date.

If payment processing fails, Estate Revolve will attempt to retry billing for up to 180 days, in accordance with our renewal practices.

No renewal notice will be provided unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Payment Authorization & Account Updater
If your card expires or is replaced, you authorize Estate Revolve to:
Automatically update your card’s expiration date and continue billing.

Utilize Account Updater, a secure third-party service that refreshes expired or replaced payment information to prevent service interruptions.

By signing up, you consent to this process and authorize the secure exchange of updated payment data via Account Updater.
Canceling Your Plan
Your membership begins on the signup date and remains active until terminated.
To cancel:
A 30-day written or emailed notice is required by either party.

The Agent/Broker must complete a Service Cancellation Form in full and submit it via email.

A cancellation confirmation number must be obtained to finalize the cancellation.

All cancellations will be processed in accordance with the terms of the Referral Agreement.
