This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for refunding the sign-up fee under the Referral Agreement entered into with Estate Revolve. It is valid for 60 days from the date the Referral Agreement is signed.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds for the sign-up fee will only be considered under the following conditions:

  1. Failure to Deliver Quality Leads
    If Estate Revolve fails to deliver any leads to the Agent/Broker as agreed upon in the Referral Agreement.
  2. Non-Exclusive Leads
    If the lead provided is not exclusive and has been shared with other agents or brokers within the Estate Revolve network.
  3. Unresponsive Leads
    If the provided lead(s) shows no interest in engaging in real estate activities within nine (9) months of assignment.
  4. Lead Already Under Contract
    If it is confirmed that the lead was already under contract with the Agent/Broker at the time of assignment.
  5. Out-of-Area Leads
    If an Agent/Broker agrees to receive leads from outside their selected or preferred ZIP code(s), those leads:
    Will count toward the monthly quota

Will not be eligible for a refund or replacement based on geographic location

Reporting Timeline
Agents/Brokers must report any concerns or discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving a referral. If no written communication is made within this period:
The lead(s) will be deemed accepted

The lead(s) will be considered ineligible for refund or replacement.

This Refund Policy becomes effective from the date the Referral Agreement is executed and supersedes any prior refund policies. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and accept all terms outlined in this Policy.
